Dear Friends
Today we finished Lectures of the course Basics of Quantum Mechanics. With 6161 posts and 18146 comments I can safely say that the course generated lots of academic activity besides listening the lectures and writing quizzes. I too participated in discussion but confess that I could not do justice with many participants who would have looked for my reply. With 877 comments by me, it stands a mere 14% of the total posts created.
Many of you have showered full buckets of love on me. I thank all of you as you make my life meaningful.
Next course will be in English and that will be Advance Course on Special Theory of Relativity. I have already given a course on Basics of STR but this course will be slightly more advanced as it will include few more topics like 4-vector formulation, transformation of E B fields, possibly Minkowsky's geometrical representation of Lorentz transformation etc. Indeed it will be complete in itself without any reference ti my previous course. The duration will be abot 3 months with around 30 lectures.
The proposed date for commencement is 26th January 2020 and the Registration will open by next week.

ReplyDeletePeople who have done earlier course on this website don't have to actually register but they have to just click course icon to get started and the new student the new person have to register as mention on the front page of the website.
So I hope I invite you to join the course, if you have a mathematics background, physics background of up to class say 10th or 12th, a little bit of algebra, little bit of trigonometry, little bit of differentiation and integration, then you are ready for having the fun of this course, on this website.
